These rings are designed for use with Audi rotors on VW applications, like our Mk5/Mk6 BoxsterS brake upgrade. The Audi rotor centerbore is 68mm, while the VW hub outer diameter is only 65mm, allowing for unwanted play in the interface.
These rings are designed to fill that void, and assure proper rotor fit on the hub.
